The Harbour team continues to be busy with all referrals now being filtered through the Recovery Hubs. This is working well with Recovery Hub workers now meeting families at the Hubs to explain the support available through the Children Affected by Parental Substance Misuse (CAPSM) services and helping them decide whether or not this is the help they are looking for. When CAPSM services are not suitable, families can be redirected to other more appropriate support. The collaborative between Circle, Aberlour and Sunflower Garden continues to work well, sharing responsibility to provide a children and families services via the Recovery Hubs. Circle has workers in the North West and South East Recovery Hubs with Aberlour based in the South West and Sunflower Garden covering the North East.
